Bridge Housing Solutions works with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Charities to place homeless families into permanent, affordable social housing. But the workflow is messy when it’s split across emails/spreadsheets/tools: housing transfers, applicant status updates, property availability, document tracking, stakeholder handoffs, and reporting can become slow and error-prone—exactly when teams are under pressure to reduce temporary accommodation spend and manage voids faster.
